Bayonet coupling
It allows the machine to be used with the crank or the Pastadrive motor.
Thickness-adjustment knob
Marcato machines are the only ones on the market with a 10-position thickness adjustment knob. Positioned on the left side, the numbering is clearly visible for immediate selection.

Atlas uses the unique anodised aluminium rollers, which are suitable for food contact as they do not release harmful dust or particles.
